Sponsored Horse: Razdi Raindancer

Hi, my name is Kyle Store, and my horse’s name is Razdi Raindancer (Dee for short).  We compete for the Herbal Horse team in the North West province (in Potchefstroom).  Raindancer is a 17hh black SA Warmblood gelding – only 5 and half years old.  He has loads of personality, and an attitude to match!  Like when he through every toy he has out of his cot, because our reindeer pranced across his dressage arena and didn’t ask him first. 

His a real gentle creature on the ground but always has to throw my tack around while I saddle him up. Lately he steals my whip and runs around his paddock with it – he thinks I need exercise too.

I got Raindancer to ride 3 weeks before our province’s SANEF competition.  The judging was very strict, but we managed to ride a 60.38% in the Novice section, and ended up 20^th or so in the country.  The FSNC also managed to win the Novice Section of the SANEF! Now that I have had more time to get to know him we are having a blast and understand each other a little more. As we both are difficult, getting to know each other has been hard.

Our next goal is to course some serious upsets at the FSNC Dressage Champs, and at the SA Champs.
