Dosage

Each animal is an individual - with herbs you can adjust the dose to as little as your horse or dog requires or up to 50% more than the recommended dose (if you feel that a more pronounced effect is needed).

• The recommended dose for horses is based on an average sized horse of 15 to 16 hh. However, horses react very individually to herbal treatment and not always in proportion to their size. So, a 17hh horse may require less than a 14 hh pony. Experiment with the dose until you find what suits your particular horse.
• Always give your horse or dog a break from feeding herbs every now and again. We recommend a break of two weeks every three months. Otherwise, you may notice a decline in effectiveness.
• If any undesirable effects are noticed, contact us immediately. We have not noticed any undesirable side-effects during the testing of NOS PRODUITS, however.
• The Herbal Horse in no way intends to replace veterinary care. If the animal is unwell, the first course of action is to call the vet. Any supplementation of veterinary medication with herbs must be done under supervision of your vet.
